All exhibits must be ready by 8:00 AM.

Monday, February 22: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Tuesday, February 23: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Monday Evening Reception
5:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Network with attendees and fellow exhibitors in the Exhibit Hall.
Teardown
Tuesday, February 23: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Exhibits must remain in place until 3:00 PM)

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by January 15, 2027 will receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee.
Cancellations after January 15, 2027 will receive a 50% refund less a $50 administrative fee.
