Laying the Groundwork for a Vibrant, Inclusive Organizational Culture – July 27, 2022 (12:00-1:30pmCDT)
Abha Thakkar is the owner of Mosaic LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in organizational systems development and coaching for nonprofits, collective impact initiatives, and local governments through an antiracist lens. Abha brings 20+ years of local leadership and a unique combination of skills and relationships that are critical to systems work, including grassroots leadership development, community organizing and non-extractive engagement, food systems resilience, community journalism, restorative justice, financial management, policy development, and systems analysis.
“Laying the Groundwork for a Vibrant, Inclusive Organizational Culture” will take place from noon until 1:30 on July 27, 2022. It will focus on exploring the key aspects of organizational cultures that support recruitment, retention, high performance, staff investment and community impact.
