Job Description:
Western Dairyland EOC Inc., headquartered in the City of Independence in West Central Wisconsin, is a non-profit Community Action Agency working to alleviate poverty-related conditions in a four-county area. The agency seeks an Executive Director to provide overall direction and leadership in managing the affairs of a complex organization with diverse programming and 175+ employees.
Responsibilities include insuring effective program operations; compliance with state and federal regulations; developing and maintaining funding contracts; insuring agency fiscal integrity; strategic planning; managing compensation systems; and advocating for the interests of disadvantaged populations.
An advanced degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, Public Policy, Social Work or a related field is required. Requires a minimum of 5 years successful senior level management experience preferably in a not-for-profit business, demonstrating an excellent record of organization management, customer service, grant writing and fundraising. Starting salary is $64,000 to $78,000 commensurate with experience; full benefit package included.
