DESCRIPTION: The annual Birth To Three Institute provides support and professional training to staff in Early Head Start, Head Start, Migrant/Seasonal Head Start, and other early care settings that serve infants and toddlers.  The Institute is a great opportunity for program staff to network with the broader childcare community and to share effective strategies that ensure high-quality services.
