In other state budget news, the Legislative Fiscal Bureau (LFB) has released its Summary of the Governor’s 2011-13 Budget Recommendations.  The LFB summary provides both more detail and explanation on budget provisions and more fiscal analysis than what is included in the Executive Budget Bill which was released by Gov. Walker on March 1.  Additionally, you’ll find individual agency provisions from the Governor’s budget proposal available on the State Executive Budget page of the Department of Administration (DOA) website.  A “Budget in Brief” document and guidance on how to read the budget documents are also available through DOA.
