The Education Coordinator will primarily be responsible for the oversight of the disability and mental health services for students as well as ongoing professional development and coaching of staff.
-Program leadership participant
-Coordinate and oversight of professional development
-Coordinate the coaching of staff utilizing the Practice Based Coaching -Model and monitor the associated records
-Plan, coordinate the completion, and conduct program quality assessments (PQA, TPOT and CLASS) utilized in the coaching role to assess and support the adoption of high quality teaching practices
-Oversee the collection of coaching and program quality assessment data and associated records
-Coordinate and oversight of the behavioral, mental health, disability and individualization support services for children and families
-Partners with Social Emotional Developmental Specialists (SEDS) and classroom staff in the development of classroom interventions and individual supports for children with atypical behavior or development
Support center operations by providing leadership support in the absence of the Early Childhood Coordinator
-Engage in Community to advocate for services for children and families
-Supervision of 6 staff (SEDS)
-Position is 1FTE, working across 12 months
-Salary range: $57,470-$61,318
