Primary responsibility supporting high quality parent, family and community engagement and oversight of ERSEA (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance) ensuring that the agency complies with all regulations per applicable Performance Standards. Support, and provide resources and training to staff in the areas of parent, family, and community engagement. Support the FRS staff in the planning, coordination, and implementation of case management work with enrolled Head Start parents. Network and collaborate with the leadership team and professionals in the community. Provides leadership and accountability for designated areas. Full time, year round position. Compensation $55k-59k. UW Oshkosh provides a competitive benefits package for all benefit-eligible positions.
