The Home Based Manager is responsible for managing and assisting with the home-based program: coaching, mentoring, and supervising home-based staff. Assist with short-term and long-term planning for service delivery and training; work to integrate all components, including education, health, mental health, nutrition, and disabilities; function as a liaison and provide information to central office management staff and community collaborators.

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child and Family Development or closely related degree
  • Experience implementing programing in compliance with federal and state requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Early Childhood Development with a focus on prenatal care and infant/toddler development
  • Three years’ experience in administration, supervision or management
  • Three years’ experience in Head Start or Early Head Start
