The Center Manager supports the functions of the Head Start center by implementing standards, policies, and procedures of Family Forum, Inc. while helping create a team-oriented culture that prioritizes safety and wellness in children and staff.
This is a full-time (40 hr/wk), part-year (10.5 months) position. Compensation is $27.90/hr. Benefits include group heath and dental, retirement, flexible benefit program, life insurance, and paid holidays, sick, and vacation.
Qualifications needed include the following:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; or
- WI Registry Level 14
- Associate’s degree in early childhood education contingent on obtaining a bachelor’s degree no later than three years after hire.
- At least 2 years of related experience.
- 25 Hours of Continuing Education each year to include: Child Abuse Neglect & Reporting Procedures; OSHA; Supervisory Related Issues; Member of the Wisconsin Registry; Driver’s License and Vehicle Insurance; Current CPR Certificate
