WHSA Affiliate Scholarships
WHSA Staff and Parent (POPS) Scholarships are annual awards made available from funds raised by the WHSA Affiliate members and event raffles. These scholarships are are dedicated to Head Start/Early Head Start parents and staff members who are actively working to further their education.
