DESCRIPTION: NHSA is offering a special Advocacy-Half-Day-on-the-Hill followed by two concurrent full-day tracks related to policy or advocacy. The Early Childhood Policy track will focusing on broad policy developments and their long-term implications for Head Start. The Head Start Advocacy track provides hands-on training in proven models of successful, innovative advocacy and their tactics.
