DESCRIPTION: The August 11 WECCP Videoconference will allow participants to provide input into the Governor’s Early Childhood Advisory Council (ECAC) early childhood system-building efforts. The purpose of the videoconference is for participants to: learn more about ECAC’s work since its 2010 report to the Governor; provide input to ECAC to shape its system assessment/design efforts and on its 2011 report to the Governor; and, use the WECCP regions as a communication structure to connect state, regional, and local networks and efforts.
