We’re excited to announce that exhibitor applications for the 2026 WHSA Annual Conference are officially open—and spaces fill quickly each year.

Three Days of Learning, Two Days of Exhibiting

Our 2026 conference runs Monday-Wednesday, February 23-25 at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells. The exhibit hall is open Monday and Tuesday (February 23-24), positioning vendors perfectly to connect with attendees during the heart of the conference. The numbers that matter:

  • 300+ attendees committed to three full days
  • 76% need solutions for challenging behavior strategies
  • 62% are addressing staff burnout and retention
  • 51% ranked “directly addresses our biggest challenges” as the #1 factor in conference value

These aren’t casual browsers—they’re professionals with problems to solve and budgets to allocate.

New for 2026: Digital-First Approach

We’re reducing our environmental impact by encouraging exhibitors to minimize printed catalogs and paper materials. Direct attendees to your website, use QR codes, or provide digital resources. It’s better for the planet and often more effective for follow-up.

Application Deadline: Monday, December 22, 2025

We review applications on a rolling basis, and spaces are assigned as payments are received. Early applicants have the best selection of booth locations. Accepted exhibitors notified by Monday, December 29, 2025
