Mark the dates and get ready for a wonderful fall event featuring Staff & Parent Awards luncheon, a keynote by Josh Klemons (a favorite presenter at the 2016 conference on Social Media and children) and STGi staff presenting training on Setting the Path with data and outcomes”. This school readiness goals and foundations of excellence training event is part of our new Child and Family Communities of Practice program. Anyone who works with your data is strongly encouraged to attend all 3 quarterly groups!  Staff, Parent and Director’s Affiliates will continue the leadership work.  All Directors should plan to attend, and staff and parent leaders from your local programs.  The 4K collaboration hosted by DPI will include a 10/19 afternoon session at our Quarterly meeting available by phone and will feature HS & 4K programs.

Meet our Keynote Speaker

Josh Klemons – Social Media Consultant – Reverbal Communications

I’m a Digital Storyteller and Strategist and the Principal of Reverbal Communications. I work with brands of all shapes and sizes on finding, honing and telling their stories online.

From small non-profits and solo-preneurs to publicly traded companies and national political campaigns, I work with clients on better articulating their message and more nimbly identifying and connecting with their audiences via social media, email, and throughout the internet.

I sit on the board of Madison’s chapter of the Social Media Breakfast, a non-profit that brings together hundreds of professionals on a monthly basis to learn best digital practices and stay up-to-date on an industry that by its very definition is constantly changing. I am Grow Madison’s resident social media expert and sit on their board. I am also on the Marketing Committee of the United Way of Dane County.

I am thrilled to call Madison, WI home and I write, present, teach, train and consult regularly on social media, brand management, growing an audience and more.
