4K Lead Teacher – Any Site – RWCFS

Wage Rate: This is an hourly position at $13.06-$16.16 an hour depending on education.
Qualifications:

This position requires at least an associate's or bachelor's degree in child development or early childhood education, equivalent coursework.  Preferred education Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent.  The ability to write and speak effectively in English and Spanish is preferred.


Responsibilities:

The Lead Teacher will develop, plan and implement a series of educational experiences appropriate to the growth and development of each of the 3-5 year old children assigned to his/her care in a classroom setting, working toward the overall goal to promote school readiness and school competency.
