Finding Your Way: Finding Your Voice!

Finding Your Way Part 3:
 Finding Your Voice- Parent Leadership
Collaborating to Promote Parent, Family, and Community Engagement

The 2017 Finding Your Way –part 3 event will focus on Parent leadership that begins with telling your story so others will listen.  The strength of the authentic parent voice has power to make change in communities.  Often parents and community members feel inexperienced in developing the best way to present an issue to the public. Finding Our Voice will provide workshops that help weave your message in a cohesive and passionate manner. Learn the ropes of how to advocate to your legislators and media contacts in a thoughtful and respectful way.  Visit the Wisconsin State Capitol to practice finding your voice.  End the day, with a motivational keynote that lays the landscape for ECE in Wisconsin.
